Welcome to Hope Styles You! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, consultations, and products provided by Hope Styles You. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Hope Styles You specializes in professional braiding services, including knotless braids, boho knotless braids, stitch braids, and men’s braids. Our mission is to deliver flawless, long-lasting styles that protect and enhance your natural hair. All consultations and services are personally provided by Hope Green.
Consultations for hair loss (alopecia) can be scheduled online and are conducted via a 10-minute Zoom call. Service appointments require a $125 deposit to secure your slot. Clients must confirm their appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may affect future bookings and eligibility.
All payments are due at the time of service or booking. Deposits are non-refundable, and pricing may vary depending on the specific service selected. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not offered unless there is an issue directly related to the service provided.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided to ensure the longevity of their braids. Hope Styles You is not liable for damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or third-party alterations.
